We give up on relationships prematurely when we’re toxic with resentment. Forgiveness can seem impossible, but God can help us clear up relationships through forgiveness.

Three Causes of Resentment
1.) What people SAY about us. Proverbs 15:1
2.) When people DECEIVE us. Proverbs 15:4
3.) When people LET US DOWN. Proverbs 13:12
Resentment is NOT LOGICAL, HELPFUL, or HEALTHY. Proverbs 14:10
Recovering from Resentment
Be honest about the state of your HEART. Matthew 6:9-15
Make a decision to FORGIVE the offender. Proverbs 17:9
When you remember, FORGIVE.
