1) ASK God for help. Ephesians 4:1
2) REALIZE the patience that has been shown to you (especially from God). Ephesians 4:2a
3) LEARN by listening. Ephesians 4:2a
4) MAKE allowances for each other. Ephesians 4:2b
5) CLEAR up conflict to restore peace. Ephesians 4:3
